TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RASADM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Interruption of business
• Cost of substitute services
• Reputational harm

Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RasaDM and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another party.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in San Francisco, California, in accordance with the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association.

You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and RasaDM regarding the Service.

13.2 Severability
